You can return any item purchased on lobos.it within 60 days of the delivery date.
We offer free returns within the EU. Please note that the product must be unused, sent in original package and with all sales tags on it.
To return the package you have to email us at email@example.com and we will reply to you with all the details in 24 hours. After you recieve the e-mail from us you have to send the package to the adress: LOBOS, ul. Mieczyslawa Medweckiego 17; 31-870 Krakow, Poland.
Duties and taxes outside of European Union are not included. Please note that original shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Lobos. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products.
If the order hasn't been shipped you can cancel it without any additional cost and you will recieve a full refund.
To cancel your order you have to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply to you with confirmation in 24 hours.
We usually accept returns within 2 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
